This Request for Bid (RFB) is to secure a Contractor to provide miscellaneous tree maintenance services to include hanging limb removal, fallen tree removal, stump and tree trunk removal, and limb chipping costs for general use and for a Hurricane Protection Plan and Severe Winter Weather Plan.

All questions regarding this RFB should be submitted in writing via email only to Tamara Matthews, New Hanover County Purchasing Agent, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sealed Bids will be received in the New Hanover County Finance Department, 230 Government Center Drive, Suite 165, Wilmington, North Carolina 28403 up to Closing Time: 5:00 PM EST, WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2018. THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC BID OPENING.
The county reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Requests for Bids, with or without cause. All decisions related to this solicitation by the County will be final. The County reserves the right to request clarification of information submitted and to request additional information from one or more respondents.
